The material feels really well made, the stitching looks good, and it doesn't feel cheap. It honestly feels like somebody took pride in putting this set together. Now for the knives. The first thing I noticed was how balanced they are. As soon as I picked one up, it just felt right in my hand. The walnut handles look great, they're solid, and the knives are scary sharp right out of the box. I was honestly surprised. One thing I did notice is they have a 15-degree edge, so when it's time to sharpen them, I'll keep that same angle. Other than that, I'll just hand wash them with soap and water, dry them right away, and I think they'll last a long time. I'm not a professional cook by any means. I'm just a guy who loves to barbecue. I smoke briskets, spatchcock chickens, make birria, trim a lot of meat, and I'm always cooking on my Pit Boss. For the kind of cooking I do, these knives are awesome. I wasn't expecting them to feel this good for what I paid. They honestly exceeded my expectations
