Avoid this - needs a switched connection to be non maintained
Really disappointed, in order to have it in non maintained mode you need to not only have mains power but also a switched connection to turn it off. Instructions were useless, no wiring diagram and little and confusing written instructions. As I'd already hacked a hole in the back for the cable, couldn't return it so ended up chucking it in the bin.
