Take what the bottle says and then start adding more
I am taking other supplements that help with circulation but I noticed when I started taking this my eye sight got better. I strongly recommend this product . Your urine is going to change color and get rather creepy. This is normal. Don't go running to the doctor unless you have pain. In a month you will feel so much better and the feeling of dragging a ball and chain will be gone.

Easy to take
The capsules are very smooth and easy to swallow. (no taste) I like the smell when I open the bottle, it really smells like real herbs. I’m on my second bottle now and I feel better overall. It feels like a quality product, and I like that it's made in Texas, my home state. I follow Marco’s recommendations on social media and try to stick to the lifestyle advice he shares. For me, it’s been a good experience so far.

Directions are confusing take one a day or three a day??
This is very confusing when you purchased the asses take one capsule daily when you get the article home it says take one in the morning. I want it at noon and one in the evening so how many do I take one a day or three a day?
