There is one screw that is slightly different than the rest of them (as you can see in the picture) so make sure you set that one aside as you'll need it towards the end and don't want to end up putting it in the cat tree and having to undo a bunch of screws to find it. The instructions were kind of stuffed in the middle of everything so it took a minute to find them and I just used the instruction video on Amazon to help visually. My cat is about 15lbs and it definitely wobbles with him on it; that being said I have NOT anchored it to the wall yet so I cannot comment on how much that will help support the wobbling. It does have a sturdy base and I'm not worried about it falling over but the wobbling makes my cats nervous. Took about an hour to set up and wasn't anything difficult. Will probably work better in the corner so I'll try that too.
