So that people can recognise the product with information on what people should look for in a Seasoning etc with some recommendations. I’ve spent many years going to China and my wife comes from Shanghai I know Chinese culture and cooking. This book is amazing, it changes the rules on cook books. She is teaching you how to create the recipes you enjoy from restaurants. Every recipe is laid out in amazing detail particularly the construction of the sauces. But the thing that makes this book so good is there is a QR code for each recipe which means you can watch Mandy in a video actually cooking the recipe. That is the game changer. She also has sections on Chinese/asian supermarkets and what to buy. Again backed up with a video tour. I really can’t recommend this book enough. I have followed her cooking on u tube and she has always impressed and inspired me. I am just a customer who bought this book via amazon.
