Very comfortable.

This headset is a big improvement over using a handset, but it could use a few improvements. It needs an adapter to work with a house land-line (the smaller 2.5 mm plug). It would be nice if they included one to save an extra purchase. The sound quality is good, but the ear pieces are small and slippery. It's hard to make it stay on your head. Overall, very happy to have it; hands-free, better sound quality. But it could be improved.

I have never been able to hear what people are saying very well when talking on my cell phone. ANY cell phone. Since I have been working remotely the past 6 months, I decided it was high time to do something about it. A colleague happened to get one of these and recommended it, so I figured I'd give it a whirl. SOOOO glad I did. What a massive difference. It's like the person I'm talking to is sitting right next to me, and they can hear me just as clearly. The ear cushions are very comfortable, although I haven't sat with this on my head for any appreciable length of time yet, but then, I don't plan to. It's going to definitely work perfectly for the purpose it was purchased for though. Best purchase I've made this year.

The headset works fine; I can hear the other person fairly clearly, but conversation partners have complained about ambient noise (usually relatively soft music I have on in the background) at my end. I cannot hear my own voice through the headset, which is really good. No one gets an echo, another boon! The earpads are comfortable, but the size adjustment across the top of the headset doesn't close quite enough for my small head (it also doesn't open much), so it slips a little now and then. This is a very inexpensive headset, and for the price, I am satisfied. If I had wanted top quality, I would have had to pay quite a lot more.

I have used Callez headsets over the and have been very pleased with their products. Callez new USB computer headset did not disappoint, and I'm so glad I tried it. It was easy to plug in, update settings to recognize the device as my speakers, and enjoy the headset. The sound is very clear and the noise cancelling feature works very well. I've asked coworkers about microphone clarity and all say they can hear me clearly. The ear pieces are nicely cushioned and comfortable without me feeling constrained in any way. I also like the length of the cord as well as the button features for mute, etc. I'm quite pleased with this new version, and it is a great value for its cost!

Initially, the headset worked as advertised. Used it video meetings and phone calls. It worked well from an Xbox controller too. Two months of use nearly daily and those in chats or vid sessions complain the microphone "crackles" to the point where those I'm talking to can't understand me. A little wiggling or turning the plug-in jack would help, but that lasted a short while. Now the mic is useless. No wire bends or cuts. The headphones were good sounding, light-weight size. But I had better performance from an common earbud setup that came with my phone. Tragic too. I thought this headset was gonna last longer for the price.

Does what its meant to do. It definitely blocks out all noise in background. My kids would scream in the same room as me and people would not hear them. Just what I need‼️ Comfortable on the ears as well. Good Quality. Works Well.

I ordered this headset and after a few months it stopped working. I was just going to throw it out, but figured I should try reaching out to Callez customer service to check what they would say. They immediately replied to my email, asked me just a couple of questions then sent me another headset, no questions asked. I received the replacement in only 2 business days. I am thrilled with their customer service and with my new headset. Thank you very much Callez for your quick responses and for sending me a replacement. I definitely recommend this headset and buying from this company!

Good value. Light weight, clear audio, effective noise cancelling mic. The earmuffs are small, comfortable, and allow for situational awareness.

These headsets are definitely have nice clear audio and good quality microphone as well. Its just plug n play. Packaging was good. Arrived on time. Not cheap at all and that is the reason it has good quality as well.
