This is a stunningly beautiful and well-made product that does exactly what it promises. It allows you to easily make top quality popcorn from home. I'm a huge popcorn nut and I've never seen anything else like this on the market. I've already made several batches with my family and we've devoured with delight. It's been fun to let my kids help and best of all, it's an opportunity to connect and do something fun as a family with a delicious outcome. Their popcorn kits make it super easy (the kettle corn in particular is delicious), but you can just make any popcorn you buy at the store work with it too. I'm already thinking of creative possibilities for add-ins and other seasonings. It's easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and works on my induction range. It's not too heavy, but clearly sturdy and high quality. It's so beautiful I've let it sit out on my counter to dress up my kitchen a little. :)

Paint chips! I purchased my Popsmith cooker December 2025 and the paint is already scrached/chipped in multiple areas. While most of the scratches are minor I assume it will only worsen with time. I have used the cooker 5 times with the pre-measured kits. It has been hand washed and handled with care. I take very good care of my cookware and would’ve purchased the stainless steel version if I had known this. Overall this is a great cooker but I’m very disappointed with the finish.

Just got my starter kit today. it was so well packaged and really a beautiful machine. I thought the starter kit included 5 packs of Oh So Butter Flavor and 5 packs of Kettle Corn but mine came with 10 packs of Butter flavor and no Kettlecorn. Disappointed that I will now have to order it separately to try it.

This is a huge investment in having popcorn, but compared to the whirly pop it is night and day! I decided as a popcorn lover, that I wanted to splurge and buy myself a present. My wife kind of wrinkled her nose, but said go ahead if that’s what you want. So I ordered it and I bought the orange color, and I was amazed at the difference in the build compared to the whirly pop popcorn maker that I’ve had for a few years. This corn popper is solid and not made of aluminum like the whirly pop. It’s completely stainless steel and the inside completely moves every kernel of unpopped corn without missing a beat. The concept of the whirly pop is a fine one, but the little wire that moves the kernels around the pot Mrs. most of the kernels, allowing quite a bit of burning if you weren’t careful. With this popcorn popper, that problem is removed by the solid make of all of the components, and you are assured of perfect popcorn every time. This may be frivolous, but it’s an investment in your snacking life.

The Popsmith corn popper is a well-built, heavy constructed product, however, I don't know if the quality and construction outweigh the price. It seems to me that paying over $200 for something to pop popcorn in is kind of crazy, but I just did it. We'll see if it is worth the price, or I could have gotten by with a cheaper aluminum popper like the Whirley Pop.
