Or is there more stuff you have to buy.** A: These speakers are passive and would need to be connected to an Amplifier/Audio video receiver with speaker wire in order to produce sound. **Q: Can this speaker be installed on ceiling as well or only on the wall?** A: These speakers can only be installed in wall. Very slick and again the audio quality is fantastic. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by M***E on 30 April 2025* I installed these along with Polk speakers. I prefer these for the center channel. These are very 1K sounding. The Polk had more highs and lows to me and better suited for the front L&R channel They are quick and easy to install and fit well between studs.
