This was supposed to lower your blood sugar I couldn't tell if it was working at all it didn't seem to lower my blood sugar

I like these. My blood sugar levels have been good since I’ve been taking these. I wonder if they thin your blood. You may want to ask your dentist or doctor if you need to stop taking them before a procedure too avoid bleeding. Most herbal supplements thin your blood.
