any other ingredients other than 'four'? any niacin, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid or enzymes?

Flour is the only ingredient, that’s why I bought it. I have MTHFR and can’t have the additives ie. folic acid. I can’t eat store bought bread so I bake my own and have had great results with this flour.

I tried a 2lb sample bag which I got direct from the company - excellent customer service! I wanted to see if my bagels would turn out better with this flour vs organic unbleached all purpose flour. And yes, the bagels rose better, had a better "chew" to them, and the dough was much easier to work with! About to get the 25 lbs!!
