It says “This accessory is not supported.” What should I do?

Please ensure the earphones are fully inserted into the Lightning port and your iPhone uses iOS 17 or below. The L171 supports iPhone 11–14 with Lightning ports only.

I plugged in the earphones but there’s no sound from my iPhone. Why?

A: Make sure the plug is fully inserted and the Lightning port is clean. Reconnect firmly until you hear a “click.” If still silent, disconnect Bluetooth devices and replug—the sound will play once the phone detects the earphones.

The sound cuts in and out or stops when I move my phone. Is this normal?

This usually means the plug isn’t fully seated. Remove and reinsert it firmly. Make sure the Lightning port is clean and not blocked by dust or a case.

The volume randomly gets louder or quieter.

Replug the earbuds to reset the control signal. Ensure the in-line buttons aren’t pressed accidentally and that the connector is fully inserted.

I hear static, crackling or a brief high-pitched noise. What does it mean?

Static usually occurs from loose contact. Unplug and reconnect the Lightning plug, and clean the port.
