Suits my needs
Works perfectly with my Mac. Not so perfectly with my PC, but that one is from work with their software so I don’t blame the dock for not liking it. I do highly recommend this item to anyone looking for enough ports and wanting to get the most out of a monitor with display ports for crisp, high quality images, videos, and no lag come work time.

Works great with Linux
I bought this for the displayport port on here primarily, because the HDMI ports on my monitor died and my current dongle setup only did HDMI. Overall I have been very happy with it. I have DP out, some USB devices on a KVM switch which has keyboard, mouse, and USB DAC. I am also using the ethernet port on this and I have tested the front ports. Works great, as does the charging. I no longer have to deal with underpowered power delivery. I can charge my phone and laptop at the same time and they maintain power. Previously, if I charged my phone or even had a video conference my battery would drain. This dock has alleviated all those issues and sits very neatly on the desk. It looks very good. Best of all: it works with Linux, for anyone else that comes across a review looking for specifically this info. If you saw somewhere on the internet that the USB Type A port at the end might not work on Linux, don’t worry, it does. Only thing I wish is that it had 2 displayport instead of 1 displayport and 1 HDMI, but I might be in the minority on that view.

Great!
It is a good docking station. Works perfectly with my Razer Blade 14 (USB 4), Razer Blade 15 (TB3), Lenovo P53 (TB3), Lenovo L14 (USB C), and Samsung Z Fold 6. Only catch is there is no video pass through to the USB C out ports. If you want to use dual-monitor, you have to do HDMI + DP or what I do is I daisy chain two DP monitors using one DP port.

Does not support dual extended displays on Mac M1 Max
First off, I want to say that this dock is great. It functions very well and it is made out of quality materials. If it worked for M-Series MacBooks, I would definitely use it. Unfortunately, however, my M1 Max Mac does not support dual extended mode with this dock. I assume it’s because this dock uses MST, but Apple’s M-Series Pro and Max chips are supposed to support up to 2 extended displays from 1 thunderbolt 4 port. So to be honest, I am at a total loss as to why this dock doesn’t work with my Mac… it doesn’t support displaylink drivers either, so that wouldn’t work either if you tried (I tried, and it didn’t work). If you’re a Mac user wanting dual displays out of one port, this dock probably won’t work for you since it didn't work for my Mac (the Pro and Max chips of any M-Series model are supposed to support multiple extended displays via one port, so if this dock didn't work with my Mac it likely won't work for yours either).

Perfect addition for PC set up.
This product is phenomenal. Streamlined my set up and provided peripheral options. Looks great and has a solid build. Does not look or feel cheap. Definitely premium and the price reflects that. I have been reviewing this item for a while and I am so glad that I purchased it.

I paid a lot for something that now randomly disconnects.
It worked well for around 6 months to a year, then it started randomly disconnecting. So now a couple times an hour my screen will go black for 3-4 seconds and i'll hear the usb-disconnect beep from my laptop before it all reconnects.

Best dock on the market
I’ve been looking for a while for a 2x4K 120Hz docking station and this is it. I’m a long time Razer fan and this delivers at a very solid price. It’s well made and nice soft metal finish and looks great on the desk without taking up too much space. It’s extremely responsive which is something I’ve found lacking in most other docks (my primary dock prior to this was the Thinkpad thunderbolt 4 dock). USB port selection is good and having a low interference port is a cool concept. The power supply is quite large but enough cable was included to be able to easy tuck it away. Another great thing is the power indicator light, which is a nice muted brightness so as to not be distracting. Love it!

Was looking for a dock with HDMI 2.1 for a long time that can support 4K120 but to my disappointment doesn't support anything higher than 60HZ with Mac. No 120hz no VRR or CEC and this thing cost $329 CAD + tax. If I only need 4K60 I can stick with my Thunderbolt Dock. No where on the box said there are any Mac limitation, their support point out the product is compatible with Mac and no resolution is given and only told someone will contact me in 2 business days. Probably quicker to return and get a refund.
