It’s great. I haven’t had it long enough to say whether or not it’s going to rust or not but as long as I wash it and immediately dry it and take good care of it, it shouldn’t. I have to say I did a lot of research on which Dutch oven to get. I knew I wasn’t gonna get the really expensive ones cause I just can’t justify that in my head. I’m not that great of a cook. But this one consistently had really good ratings nothing is perfect of course but they had good ratings and the fact that the last name was Mueller definitely sold me on it. What can I say? I’ve wanted a larger cast iron enamel Dutch oven for many years and I finally bought it. I used it to make chili the other night and it worked beautifully. Nothing burned at all.
