Great tool! Heats to the temperature you choose in seconds. I purchased the smaller version initially for holiday but now use regularly. Waves stay in for a good few days even after sleeping on them. I do use a heat protector spray and have found no damage to my hair whatsoever. Probably one of the best hair tools I’ve bought (and I have all the Dyson products but this performs faster, easier and longer lasting). Also my hair retains its shine and softness. Highly recommend!

Wow! same day delivery and used it straight away! It’s really great and quick to use, although I’m still a beginner I’m sure I’ll get quicker a few more times in. It made my hair really shiny and it feels really soft after use which my other waver doesnt do. It heats up so quick as well! And I didn’t get the weird crinkles at the top of my head that I usually get with the other one. It’s also a very deep wand so I know the waves might last longer than an hour (my hair doesn’t hold a curl) I would definitely recommend !

This hair is incredible however after using it quite a few times, it does leave a weird smell I’ve had to buy some hair perfume to cover it up however the overall product is nice nice choice of colour leaves a nice shine and the crimps last four days

Works well but needs to be at least 180 C degrees to get results. Waves are frizzy and need loads of product to calm them down. Makes hair smell ( burnt like ) Hair very dry after use and felt like straw and had lost its shine. Only for occasion use. Very harsh in Hair .

Buy it!!!! This is honestly the best thing I've ever bought for my hair. I have naturally straight hair and usually even after I curl it - they come out after an hour or so - seriously I had a perm one and it was straight the next day! Plus I always hate having to curl my hair as it is a lot of arm movement and its so tiring, however, with this it takes hardly any time at all and it looks fantastic. I have it set to 180° and there is a handy little timer for 6 seconds (you can amend/alter preferences). It doesn't take long to heat up - you can see the temp gauge rise in seconds ready to use. You can do your hair in sections/layers, or if short on time, I just section it and do it in one, moving in down to the next grove when required, whack a bit of hairspray and wa-la it is done! So easy to use and the results are great - stayed curly/wavy all day and received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS. Only downside would be that the only colour for the 1in is in Pink and i'm not a pink fan - but I can live with it :)

I have been toying with the idea of getting a 'mermaid waver' for sometime. I love having different hair styles, my SIL recommended me the curlpro plus from Tymo. Once I found out they did the rovy I knew I needed it in my life. I watched many videos on how to use, how the rovy compared to other mermaid wavers and the two different types of rovy machines. I got the original size in the elegant gold, which matches my curlpro plus. 😊 I have somewhat wavy hair but not very defined. (Partly straight and a bit frizzy) I have found the rovy works best for me when I have smoothen my hair out.(Either by blow drying it straight or straightening it.) I was a bit concerned with the reviews about hair smelling burned, but I haven't had that issue. It is easy to use once you have done the first few sections. I also love the timer feature. Love the soft beach waves it gives me. 🥰
