Just get dumbells. Please. Is it an ok cable machine? Yes. But it's a cable machine completely reliant on the internet, user accounts, and software made in China. There's nothing more frustrating than getting set up for a workout, stretched, and then not being able to do anything because it cant connect to the network, or your user profile. ....just get dumbells. For your own sake.

So far very impressed with this machine. But bluetooth ring arrived DOA. After reading reviews on this issue, I might just go without it. I can see how much better the workout would be with this ring though.

This is really helping me work out more. I love the features and programs. It's really heavy so I recommend two people to get it in your house.

I really love my Gym Monster 2. I've had it for about 6 months now with no issues. I'm a former collegiate athlete and so is my partner. We both use it and get fantastic, challenging workouts. I prefer to use the included trainer-led workout programs that are on the software of the machine. My partner prefers to build his own workouts using the movement library. My partner also has permanent nerve damage to his neck from football (iykyk) and was able to put some rehab exercises into the Speediance that he incorporates in his warms up. This dude has NEVER stuck to his PT or recovery exercises but the Speediance makes it super easy for him. I love it because I want a quick workout at any time of the day. I want to just turn it on and be told what to do, and I want it to be smooth and easy and this is. I go from exercise to exercise in a breeze; I can push heavy weights because of the built-in safety features. I get to model strength training for our kid and involve him in the process.

Got it in march aleady frozen up . Customer service is trash . Can handle understand them no tech support. They want u to go in side the machine. Iam not a tech .

Desde que compré Gym Monster 2 que puedo entrenar a diario en mi casa, haciendo un seguimiento de mi progreso y teniendo distintas rutinas. Hasta mi mamá de tercera edad se motivó a hacer ejercicio. Usarla es muy sencillo, y si hay dudas las resuelven. Creo que es una excelente opción para aquellos que quieren ejercitarse optimizando el tiempo.

I have had the Gym Monster 2 for a couple of months and I can say that I love this machine and it was a great investment. I have many physical impairments that limit what I can do with weight lifting but with the GM2, I am able to do more than I ever could with free weights and other machines. The fact that this machine lets me increase weight by just 1 pound at a time is very important because I can still improve my strength without having to increase weight by 2.5-5 pounds which sometimes is impossible for me. The fact that you can choose a preset program, design your own or just start lifting in free weight mode is another huge benefit. I actually enjoy my workouts and find I want to workout more now that I have the machine. This machine is definitely a game changer!!!

Awsome product, it is a life changer, easy to use a lot of excersices highly recommended, it is a complete home gym with a small footprint perfect for small space.
