I found it very simple to attach and it was easy to get the drops in my eyes without squirting it down my face like normal, nice and direct, fast delivery! Review: Very poor quality eye drpper - This is the sort of quality that you may find in a Xmas cracker! It comes as a one piece plastic moulding. For it to function it has be separated into two so both parts can hinge. This is not referred to in the instructions, however forcing the hinged part open breaks the join so you are good to go? This is often the case with plastic products so I half anticipated this. Whether an "elderly" (refer to instruction) would have grasped this is another matter. This would not be so important if the 2 new separate components remained securely adhered to each other via the "hinge" But they don't: they merely try to attach themselves via a very soft 1 mm "pin" into an equally soft hole. As soon as you try to move the hinged part it comes apart rendering it useless. Even the design is poor. On other eye droppers the actual plastic that touches the eye is much larger than this one, giving you confidence that you are not going to actually touch your eye. I found this not to be the case. Read the instructions if you want to be further confused.
