Will this work with swm setup?

Yes. With SWM you have a power aupply to power the dish. The satlink has a built in power supply that will power the dish. Just got mine so still learning and experimenting with it. It does work pretty good though.

Does this work for Dish 1000.2 Eastern arc 61.5 and 72?

Yes it does. I just lost the feed on the southern arc satellites due to tree growth. Had to go to 61.5 and 72. The SatLink picked them up. just remember the parabolic of the dish needs to rotate completely to the left where as it was to the right on the southern arc. Simple answer. Yes it works on the eastern arc Sats
