I've used turtle beach for the past 10+ years, these headsets are far better!! Good sound and really comfortable

I have bought several headphones over the last couple years. I bought some Razor V2 and V3 which I found to be very underwhelming on the volume. I also bought the V1 Corsair wireless and those broke after several months. Qaulity issues with side panels falling off and keeping a charge after just a few months. This Alienware headphones are a clear winner for sound qaulity of the 4-5 last headphones I bought. They are loud! I can increase the bass and other settings to get even louder. I really like to crank my Metal music in these. The mic hides away in itself which is awesome. Zero issues with setup and I know some mentioned problems with software but I had zero out of box. Im running a slightly new rig and windows 11. Something I REALLY like about these headphones is the fabric is like top notce on these. They are comfortable without being massive headsets. They are much smaller than my previous models and has a longer battery life too. Crazy! The material is super high qaulity on the ear muffs and head strap. Like nicest of any model ive owned in last 5 years.

Genuinely horribly no audio from the right side when gaming, and difficult to connect to your pc. Save your money if your thinking on purchasing this it’s too expensive an hard to connect to your pc an when your gaming you only hear from one ear and the microphone is horrible.
