Can i use these for joycon controllers?

Unfortunately not as the joycon uses triwing screws on outer housing. You could buy this *and* some triwing heads. I think joycons mainly use STD PZ heads inside so you will need something once your through the outer casing. I'd also recommend getting some soft plastic/nylon picks (the guitar plectrum style are my preferred if you only get one type) when dissambling any modern electonics. This will allow you to unclip the facissia without gouging the plastic.
