How can anyone trust this is good since the company is reimbursing people if they give a 5 star review?

My 5 star review really is legit, regardless of reimbursement. It was a great kit that I brought to work with me and we all enjoyed it. I'm not one that could lie and give it a higher rating than it deserves, although I obviously can't speak on others' behalf.

Are the tea flavor packs decaf?

The matcha one may have a little caffeine as it’s green tea based, but I don’t believe the other flavors do in the kit.

The outside box was open when we received it, is it suppose to be like this?

No. The box should be sealed. There is a section that can be opened on top.

What if you don't own a microwave?

Just place in a cup of hot water for a min or so.
