Peppery and hold up great in salad recipes
These are delicious, they have a slight peppery flavor that adds a little kick. I bought them for fresh lentil salads and they hold up really well through cooking and refrigeration. No sog! I boil for 20 mins, then drain and mix with dressing (before veg) while slightly warm, but some people rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. I prefer them my way.

Fabulous French Lentils
These bright greenish brown French lentils are terrific. They arrived quickly and packaged well. At a glance there aren’t any split or broken lentils. Smell fresh and free of dirt or stones. I would definitely purchase again.

Lentil Me an Ear
Green lentils. Lentils have been enjoyed world-wide for thousands of years. They are less popular in the West, but that is a loss to the West. This variety of lentil is nutritious and tasty, and easy to prepare - you are limited by your imagination. The packaged arrived on time, and the lentils were well protected in transit - they can go straight to long-term storage without any additional preparation. But, you'll want to eat these soon.

I'd buy again
These were good. We eat a lot of lentils in the cooler months and use these to make lentil soup. Wife is from france and did not find any fault with these.

Beautiful deep green lentils
A very large bag of the best lentils ever. I've these French Greens as they are deep in color and just a bit smaller than lentils in the bin at the natural grocers. This bag lasts a long time, healthy and a wonderful value, vook up pretty quickly.
