I was advised to get heel cushions for Achilles bursitis. When they arrived, I was sceptical but, wow, they have really helped ease the discomfort. The Velcro strap is great for ensuring they stay in place and they fit well inside my shoes.They’ve been a real game changer!

I was stupid enough to develop plantar fasciitis in my right foot and driving was extremely painful. These helped to take some of the pain away, doubling the time I was able to drive without setting myself back badly. I'm gradually trying to wean myself away at the moment, but I'm still wearing one of my right foot for drives and long walks.As they are squeezed in between your foot and your shoes, they don't last more than about six weeks or so, which is why I'm only giving four stars. I only wear one at a time, but even so, I'm about to order my third pair.

These are great. I wear them round the house. Bare feet or over socks. Really help my heel pain. They wash well. Bit bulky in shoes. We have hard floors, so these work really well in the house. I tried slippers with memory foam soles,but these work a lot better. Easy to put on, just one Velcro strap. Totally forget I am wearing them.

These kind of worked but I had to adapt them a bit as they didn’t sit under the arch of foot. So I folded over and just strapped around foot instead of ankle. Need to be a bit bigger

Bit snug for me (I’m a size 7), maybe should’ve have bought the bigger size. But good quality and good design.

Had really painful bottoms of feet, think may have been from wearing footwear with no support, put these in and they sorted the problem within a couple of weeks
