I received mine mint in package.

Is this a good action figure to buy?

The sculpt and paint of the figure are perfect, but the toy line has been plagued with quality control issues. I've bought multiple of this same toy trying to find one with tight joints and haven't yet had any luck. His right elbow is always warped due to the way the toy is posed in package. I would not recommend this figure.

why is this figure over priced?

It is for collectors and hard to find now, so the price was shot up.
