The only way to cook Greek foods with the correct ingredients texture is good if used correctly better on slow cooked dishes makes a thick warm winter dishes large pasta in a rice shape takes a while for cooking the right dishes

Nice change
Made a really nice change added to broths soups and a different take on rice. Drain very well. Use it with fresh plum toms cooked with coloured peppers, red onions and then tossed together at end really nice and lighter than a risotto.

So easy to cook and delicious. Thankfully Aldi now do this too.

Makes excellent Paella!
It makes a delicious meal so fast too. Paella usually takes ages, but using Orzo pasta it makes a wonderful meal in under an hour. I use it frequently and both my husband and I really enjoy it for our evening meal. Try it and I'm sure you will enjoy it!
