Space saver
Great gadget. Saves me from a ton of recycling and storage space, money too.

Garbage unit
A complete waste of money. It lasted two weeks and now the bottle won’t thread onto the Co2 unit. Also it waste tons of gas. I would stay away from this brand.

Very effective.
VERY effective...Much better than the other brand. This is manual so easier to control, easy set up. Solid. Bigger bottles can be used. The best of the ones I have used.

Excellet water carbonator with one annoying design flaw
This makes a great and stylish alternative to SS. It looks great and minimal space requirements, carbonates great and the bottles look good (if not the mot ergonomic). The one annoying and potentially expensive design flaw is with the bottle caps. The O-Ring on the cap keeps falling out (not really held in by anything) and if you lose it.... you gotta buy a new bottle for that stupid o-ring. If Phillps offered for sale, or even gave a part number for the o-ring so people could buy spares I would give 5 stars.

Worked great! For less than a month.
Less than a month after receiving this sparkling water machine, the clips that were meant to hold the bottle in place during the carbonation process stopped functioning properly. I thought originally it was the bottles, as I had recently put it in the fridge and thought "Oh, well, maybe the plastic in the bottles is sub-par and is prone to shrinkage since my fridge was only slightly above 0 degrees C." I ordered a new set of bottles, sinking another 20 dollars into this machine's ecosystem to learn that the device itself was faulty, and by then it was much too late to get a return done.

Seems to go through more C02 than a SodaStream
First unit didn't last a weekend as a rubber washer fell out of port where bottle plugged in. Phillips support couldn't understand why I was contacting the Soda Streaming help about a Washing Machine unit (they were worthless). Replaced on Amazon. 2nd unit has worked longer and well, however it appears after several months of use that this unit consumes more C02 than the SodaStream model. If I had it to do over again, I'd stick with SodaStream.
