If you have a APC fiber you need to connect it to, adapters are available to do that. **Q: Does it support 220v ?** A: Yes. The adapter states input voltage 100-240VAC You will need an adapter if you get the US plug model as mine came with a standard US adapter. **Q: Is it compatible with a hp j9660a or a dell powerconnect 2724?** A: I am using this with the MC220L Transceiver converter and it works great. However you can use this in any switch that has a SFP or SFP+ port. Both the HP and Dell you stated do have SFP ports so you are good on either. **Q: Is this module compatible with Netgear Switch?** A: They are pretty much interchangeable. This is a great system especially when combined with the smart switch for distributive processing. Fiber for the long runs and CAT5/6 for the short runs. I've completely changed my method of design as before I always thought Fiber was too expensive and too delicate.
