Great for managing acne breakouts.
Love this product. I have been using it as part of my nightly skin care routine, and it helps with managing breakouts and irritated skin. In the morning, I noticed that my skin looks less inflamed, and/or bumpy. I love that it is wireless. I had one with a cord, and this seems to put out the same amount of power as the corded device did.

Attachments do not work
Wand works but only the comb attachment works. The other 2 attachments do not work. Do I need to return the whole thing or can you send me new attachments?

Both Stopped Charging after 30 days
I purchased two separate high frequency wands, and unfortunately, both stopped charging after about a month of use. I attempted to return them, but I was just past the return window. I’m really disappointed, especially considering these were priced higher than many other options. Since the exact same issue happened with both devices, it doesn’t seem like an isolated incident.

Trouble with the power button. But the company is issuing me a return no problem. Maybe just a glitch ~ I would buy again and see if I hVe a different experience.
