The setup was incredibly easy; I just plugged it in via USB 3.0, and it was ready to go. It also comes with a USB-C cable, which was great because my laptop has USB-C ports, and I didn’t have to worry about any adapters. The drive is compact and portable, so I can easily toss it in my bag when I need it. I’ve used it for both reading and writing discs, and it works perfectly. It reads DVDs and CDs quickly and plays my music and videos without any issues. I also used it to burn a few files to a CD, and the process was smooth with no interruptions. I’ve only knocked off one star because it’s a bit noisy when burning a CD or DVD, but it’s not overly disruptive. Overall, this is a reliable external drive for anyone who needs one for their laptop or desktop, especially since it works across various operating systems like Windows, Mac, and Linux.
