Some reviewers stated they did not like the stiffness of the cables around the user's ear. However, for me, I actually prefer this cable to the OEM cable. The added rigidity helps keep the earbuds in my ears. The OEM cable was significantly more flexible, but also didn't hold the earbuds in quite as snugly. I've only used this for two Sunday services now, so time will tell how it holds up.
