I love this pen and have used it daily for about 4 months. It writes smoothly, although not as nice as gel pen. It marks on many surfaces, and seems like a good capacity- I haven’t had to refill it yet! The mechanism is easy to operate with one hand. The two things I appreciate most on the pen is the length and the side operated bayonet clicker. The pen is long enough to hold in my medium to large hands, but not so long as to get pushed out of my pocket when I sit down. The side clicker means it doesn’t get opened in my pocket accidentally and bleed all over the inside. The pencil is nice, but I’ve only used it a couple of times. In my opinion, this pen is perfect for incidental daily pocket use, but personally opt for a full size gel pen if I need to write more than a few lines.

The Olight O'Pen Mini 2 is fantastic! It's the perfect size – not too bulky – and writes incredibly smoothly with great ink. It writes just as well as my $30 cross pen for half the cost and I prefer this size instead now I didn't know I needed this size pen in my life until this O pen. I'm curious about where to find refills for both the pen and pencil. The trigger action to extend the pen is smooth and satisfying. The metal body seems like it could be put up to the test, and with stand anything. For half the cost of my cross pen it definitely seems more durable. I love everything about it! Five stars! The ability to switch between pencil and pen, makes it ease views so I don’t have to pick up a pen, pencil and pen at the same time. Great value.

A little smaller than I expected, but otherwise an excellent pen. It writes very smoothly, and I use it every day. In fact, I have to keep an eye on it because my colleagues are always trying to walk off with it! My only complaint is the pocket clip. It hasn't broken, but it has bent enough that it no longer holds securely. Because of that, the pen has slipped out of my pocket and hit the ground multiple times while I've been walking around.

I love my little o pen. It’s perfect to keep in your pocket to have a pen or pencil and it’s fun to play with the action also. It’s a solid metal so it’s built tuff and the “forever pencil” does last a long time. It comes with a few replacement heads too for extra long use. It writes pretty well too which is obviously a bonus.

**6 month update: Been using this steadily everyday at work for a little over 6months now. Still on same original one refill. So far, it honestly has been one of the most convenient EDC pens I’ve ever used. Highly recommend and would purchase all over again.** I’ve been carrying and using this pen everyday for an about 1 month now and I like that it’s just a tad bit bigger than the original O’Pen Mini. Since purchasing the Mini 2 and using as part of my EDC items, I’ve transitioned the original O’Pen Mini to my range bag. The extra length on the O’Pen Mini 2 gives me a better purchase on it while writing and jotting things down vs the original Mini . I’ve yet to use the “pencil” bit on it, but it’s nice knowing that it’s there, and that it’s available if I need it. The Mini 2 is super light, feels great, writes great, and is very easy to move the bolt to actuate the pen/pencil. I purchased it in black, which is my EDC and blends in with my work attire, and also purchased it in OD green which I keep in my Eberlestock Bando bag. I will update this review if anything changes with their continuous use.

First of all, the build quality is spectacular for a pen like this. It feels like a high-end pen. Whenever using it in class or work, people would always compliment the pen and then it flips their mind whenever I show them that it’s a pencil as well too. My only nag about it is how small of the pen is but I already knew what I was getting into whenever I was buying it so I’m not gonna take any starts off for that. It’s not my go to pen to write, but it’s definitely an eye catcher. The writing is just so smooth is probably one of the smoothest pens I use and that’s why I like writing with it. But it’s just too small and it hurts my hand when I have to write too long. Overall, it’s great.

I didn’t think this pen would be convenient, well I was wrong. This pen is very intuitive, I admire the unique way of how the pen comes out. The bolt action deployment can act as a fidgeting mechanism and keep you distracted. I like the cut outs that acts as a handle, feels good in the hands and has a great grip. The pen is lightweight too, it has a very good balance. What I find very fascinating about this pen is it also comes with a pencil, I don’t think I will use it. But you never know, it can come in handy. The other day, I accidentally dropped it on the ground. The pen is pretty durable, there was no dents or scratches. I didn’t find any damage. I love everything about this pen, it is spectacular
