Chose the Cable Bundle size and it will ship with the total # of VGA cables. **Q: Does the a104 w/cables come with a power cable as well as all 4 cables with the 16 pin on one end and the other end with vga &usb combo?** A: Yes the KVM switch comes with a power adapter to power the switch itself. **Q: Does the remote browser need Java?** A: The AV3000 Series of KVM over IP switch can use both HTML 5 and JAVA language tools to access it. HTML 5 access through a browser is the most popular method but either can be used. FYI, if going the JAVA route, the switch attempts to detect if Java is already installed on your PC. If it is not, in order to use the OBWI, you need to install it. You also need to associate the JNLP file with Java WebStart.
