Good starter monitor 😄
This monitor is pretty good for the price it’s set at. I love the 280 hz I can get and while the color quality may not be the best on its own, I modified it with my AMD software for pc to have really good colors to make it pop more. The size is also not too big or too small, making it pretty compact. Overall a great monitor to start with in my opinion 🙌

Excellent Budget Monitor – Clean Design, High Refresh Rate, and Great for Multi-Screen Setups
UPDATED REVIEW.. Console Gamers or anyone on HDMI do not buy.. Monitor only has HDMI 2.0, this means 120HZ will struggle on HDMI. If you use Display Port this will not affect. I recently changed to using PS5 for BF6 Game, and it goes black screen randomly at 120hz when using capture card... its bare minimum direct to monitor... But occasionaly screen might go black.. turn off HDCP in console for sure to help. If you are on display port, the monitor is a beast If you're looking for a solid monitor without the hefty price tag, this is the one. It’s a no-frills, performance-focused display that delivers where it counts. ✅ Value: For the price, you’re getting excellent bang for your buck. No gimmicks—just strong fundamentals. ✅ Visuals: The color output is impressive for this range, and the borderless design makes it perfect for dual or triple monitor setups. (Check out my photo—stacking these is nearly seamless.) ✅ Specs: 1080p resolution – crisp and clear Up to 280Hz refresh rate – buttery smooth for gaming 1ms VRB (Virtual Response Boost) – helps reduce motion blur during fast-paced scenes FreeSync support, and yes, it works with NVIDIA G-Sync too HDR10 – enhances contrast, brightness, and color depth, making lighting effects and visuals pop in dynamic game environments 💡 Tip: I highly recommend pairing this with a VESA-compatible monitor arm (100x100mm). It saves desk space and makes cable management way easier. What this monitor doesn’t have (and that’s okay if you know it upfront): ❌ No USB ports – You’ll need an external USB hub if you rely on monitor-based USB expansion. ❌ No built-in speakers – Audio will need to come from your PC or external setup. ❌ Not 4K – This is a 1080p monitor, not ultra-HD. Be sure that’s what you’re after. Bottom line: If you want a clean, high-refresh monitor that looks great in a multi-display rig and doesn’t break the bank, this is a top pick. Just be mindful of the feature set and plan around it.

Great monitor for under $110
Best Monitor I’ve bought. The quality on the monitor is on par with one that I bought 2 years ago for almost $200 dollars more than this one. The setup was quick and easy.

Great Monitor
I’ve been using this Acer monitor for a while now, and overall I’m very impressed with the quality you get for the price. Build & Setup: Out of the box, setup was quick and straightforward. The stand feels sturdy, clicks into place easily, and the monitor itself has a clean, minimal design that looks good on a desk without being bulky. Bezels are slim, which is great if you’re running a dual-monitor setup. Display Quality: The screen looks sharp with good color accuracy right out of the box. Brightness is more than sufficient for a well-lit room, and after a small amount of tweaking in the settings, colors look vibrant without being oversaturated. Viewing angles are solid with no major color shifting. Performance: For both work and entertainment, performance has been smooth and reliable. Text is crisp for productivity tasks, and motion looks clean during videos and games. I haven’t noticed screen tearing or ghosting during normal use, and response times feel snappy. Ports & Compatibility: The available inputs make it easy to connect to multiple devices (PC, laptop, console), and switching between them is seamless. It worked immediately with no driver issues. Minor Notes: The on-screen menu buttons take a little time to get used to, but once configured, you rarely need to touch them again. Speakers (if included on your model) are serviceable but not a replacement for dedicated audio. Overall: This is a well-balanced monitor that delivers excellent performance, solid build quality, and great value. Whether you’re using it for work, gaming, or general media consumption, it performs consistently and reliably. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable monitor from a reputable brand.

Great for price!
It's a pretty solid monitor, especially for the price. The monitor had different modes you can use to help benefit your needs. On top of that, you can also adjust these settings pretty easily. The colors look great on this monitor. The picture is smooth, however, there is noticeable ghosting at 120+ fps. Might be because it's a VA monitor, but it's honestly not the worst thing in the world. It was also pretty easy to setup, just a pieces locking in together and you're done. Overall, decent monitor that takes up a minimal amount of space.

ACER Monitor Temporary Review
I’ve been using the Acer KG241Y monitor with my Xbox for a few days now, and so far it’s been performing really well. The picture quality is sharp, colors look vibrant, and gameplay feels smooth, especially during fast-paced games. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the monitor pairs nicely with console gaming without any noticeable input lag. Overall, I’m happy with how it’s been performing so far and it feels like a solid upgrade for gaming. I’ll continue using it regularly and will update this review again after about a month to share how it holds up over longer-term use.
