The plastic packaging was all cracked up with packaging tape on it. So they knew it was busted and sent it to me anyway. ### ⭐⭐ Smears when wet! *by B***K on March 7, 2012* Even after waiting 24 hours, inkjet ink smears badly when water is dropped on the disc, then wiped off.
