But if you remove them before they loosen from time and wear it's a bit more of a challenge to remove he remnants! It does occasionally give some burning upon insertion, it short lived and usually not too bad at all. I have noticed it's worse if I have sore spots and or just brushed. So maybe wait 30 minutes after brushing to apply. It is a similar agent to Reline kit, same odor and same burn just far less burn and not everytime. Totally worth it if you need a firm hold, I only use it when I really need grip because it is a type of chemical based glue. You don't need to read the ingredients to know that, slthe smell gives it away. That said, I love it over all and can't wait to not need any at all, and ince my plate is new and proper I'll review again, I think I'll be more than overjoyed with it!
