IT KILLS AND PREVENTS TERMITES
I live in Houston Texas, prime breeding grounds for termites. My contracted Exterminator recommended this for a self defense and to control the termites as an alternative do it yourself. Very simple, I used a small spreader targeting my entire foundation perimeter of the house and watered down the granules, once every April and again early May. 100% works no termites. My neighbors have them but I don’t. These are the ones that breed and are born every year from the ground. I highly recommend this product.

Good stuff, but less effective than a couple years ago.
I use this with a few other items. Seems to work, but not quite as good as before the original formula was banned in my state. I truly believe the ban happened because professionals pushed politicians because they didn't want the competition. This country lets business overrun the people's decisions. Kind of like China but in a different methods.
