## Questions & Answers

**Q: I have an original aluminum Christmas tree from 1959. My question is where can I find the rotating color wheel?**
A: I live in Kansas City.  Once upon a time, Westlake Ace Hardware used to sell color wheels seperately.  Don't know if they still do.

**Q: are the red bulbs included?**
A: I never removed anything from the large box.   I only opened the box enough to insert the return authorization form.  I also only received one large box (i.e. no additional boxes, in case the red bulbs were packaged separately).   In short, I'm not able to answer you question because I never opened and/or removed the contents of the box.

**Q: Are replacement branches available for purchase? I bought this tree in 2016. There are now a few branches needing replaced.**
A: I think replacement branches are available. My original box was missing branches.  I phoned the company in CA (nice people).  They sent me replacement branches, plus a few extra for future use.  Give them a call.  You might need to send a picture of your branches to make sure you are getting the right thing.

**Q: Do the branches bend?**
A: My branches do not bend.  I bought my tree last Thanksgiving and I am outstandingly happy with it.  I put the tree in the front window, darken the room, and then turn on the color wheel.  What a beauty!  When they sent the tree it was short a couple of branches.  I called the company in CA.  They not only sent me the branches, but some extra also.  Customer service was excellent.  Something to remember - the holes may seem a little small for the branches - you may have to bore them out a little - they do this to keep branches from falling out.  Enjoy your tree.
