Review: Solid sturdy feel and looks great - Loved the look of the product and it's just as described. Product was easy to install except for the hard to reach screws because of the door handle on the inside. Once installed the handle felt very sturdy, feels wider than most handles which makes it easier to open door. Locking mechanism feels really good and definitely feels safer. I recommend you use longer screws than the ones that come with packaging to reinforce the frame of door. Overall it's a great product and love the rekeying feature that's available at any time if you want to rekey door handle.
Review: Met every need and requirement perfectly - The knob and deadbolt match perfectly and installed in a pre-bored door without a hitch. I was having difficulty finding a knob and deadbolt locally that were the finish I liked, especially a double-cylinder deadbolt -very poor selection of a double available at the big box stores. I really appreciate that they both featured the Smart-Key technology - what an improvement over trying to find someone at the store who could or had time to do the re-keying. It's not the most intuitive process, especially on the deadbolt - I would start with the entry lock first to become familiar. I was successful with the entry lock and the interior of the deadbolt, but I did something wrong with the exterior lock on the deadbolt and found myself with no working key. I called KwikSet and after trying several things, they offered to send out a new cylinder and key. I found a few tutorials on-line that walked through resetting a dead cylinder and after 2 tried, had it reset and the key I wanted to use working in it - not necessarily a process I would recommend but nonetheless a useful one if something goes wrong. I had KwikSet locks on all my other doors so this was a big plus in selecting KwikSet. Operational-wise, they are both very smooth.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Work and Look great. You don't actually need to take the bolts ...
*by F***Y on November 15, 2014*

Simple to install. Work and Look great. You don't actually need to take the bolts all the way out on the knob, as they'll slide/twist into place, then you just tighten down from there. I didn't have any issues tightening them down with a normal screwdriver, even if it was at a little bit of an angle. Actually managed to over-tighten one and it messed with the bolt for the knob popping back out on it's own. Loosened a half-turn and it was fine. Smart key is great. I was able to use my old keys without any issues. Re-keying a lock using SmartKey takes all of 10 seconds.
