Purple Monkey Musical Storybook | Baby Toy, Lights, Music & Sounds, Infants & Toddlers Ages 6+ Months

We got this toy for our twins, and it quickly became one of their favorites. The songs are catchy (the Purple Monkey song stays in your head 😅), and the buttons are easy for little hands to press. What I like is that it keeps them entertained while also helping with sounds, music, and basic interaction. They smile, move their arms, and try to press the buttons every time it plays. It’s lightweight, colorful, and easy to take with us in the diaper bag. The only downside is that the songs repeat, so parents will hear them a lot — but honestly, seeing how much they enjoy it makes it worth it.

Love this toy! It matches the song of their popular play mat and I love that we have it n a book now that we can keep! It’s great for our toddler and I love that of sings the song while we read along. Very good quality and durable. It’s a great size where it’s smaller and light weight so he can hold it himself!

Our 6 month old loves this book. The lights and sound make her si happy. Her older sister has the larger Vtech version and is a little under two and still learning to share so this is a great book for her small hands. A really cute toys for younger babies. This is hands down the best toy I have bought my daughter. We have loved the purple monkey playmat since she was 2 weeks old, and now that she is older and sitting up on her own, she has been super into books. So to have this interactive book that actually sings the purple monkey song is PERFECT for her! She loves when she turns the page and her song starts to play, she will sit there and dance. The big yellow sun button is also great because she has been loving pressing buttons lately as well! All around 12/10, would repurchase and gift to a friend!

It's exactly what you'd think. Such an ICONIC song, Bubble gum tree lives rent free in my head 🩷🙊 Super durable as well, from being stepped on, thrown, chewed. It's worth the money.

My beautiful niece absolutely loved this toy.

My baby loves this song, I wish it sang the whole song but it’s still cute. My only real complaint is that it’s very quiet, there can’t be any other noise going on to be able to hear it

Parents who know and love the Purple Monkey song will love this for their babies too! Plays that classic song, has sweet illustrations, perfect size for small hands. It’s a bit on the louder side but not unbearable by any means (there are worse and louder toys out there). My toddlers love to play with this too.

Fantastic little musical book, purchased for a 1 year old who quickly figured out that pressing the sun made it sing the monkey song, very entertaining and catchy. This item is well made, educational and fun ! Also this is not overly noisy making it a perfect travel companion.

Thus was better than I expected, it has a really lovely catchy song which my 11mo loves to jig too and when we sing along with it. A simple toy, just one flashing light and a few sounds, nothing over stimulating just a sweet toy with handle to grab and pages to flap open and shut. Good old Fisher Price!
