I received this product on the 16th April and it's the 26th April as I'm writing this and I have already had a vast improvement in the gum health. My gums are stronger and flossing causes no bleeding even after the short time I've been using this. The flavour is horrible - it's like a bar of soap, however, if it works as well as this then it's worth it. I may use this interchangeably alongside my previous toothpaste which is a whitening toothpaste. To note, I have been using this after the Listerine Advanced Defence Gum Treatment Mouthwash.

Agree with the others. The taste is salty and takes a little getting used to but within a few days my gums felt much better. Although not really minty it has also helped to give me fresher breath.

Great toothpaste - but don’t expect a minty fresh taste!
Great toothpaste that really does help to repair sore and inflamed gums. It has a typical baking soda taste (which if you’ve ever used Arm & Hammer you’ll know exactly what I’m on about!) and a slightly gritty texture. After brushing, it leaves your mouth feeling fresh, but not minty fresh as you might expect. The minty taste claimed on the packaging is negligible at best, and the toothpaste actually has a slight citrusy taste to me, which aligns with some of the ingredients listed. If you’re used to using minty toothpaste, this will definitely need a bit of getting used to. Overall this is a good toothpaste if your are experiencing gum soreness or inflammation, just don’t expect a minty fresh taste!
