Works well, but I put it under a pedal exerciser. So it doesn't move.

I bought this mat hoping it would keep my Scoop lateral trainer from sliding on my wood laminate floor. The mat itself is a good size and well made, but it didn’t work for my needs.

This mat does exactly what it says it does. I saw one review where the person said he did not work well. You cannot use it as shown on the Amazon website. The grey portion of the mat should face the floor; you sit your elliptical exercise machine on the black side of the mat. I use my machine at the highest speed, and the machine or the mat does not move. Remember to sit your elliptical machine on the black portion of the mat. This product is excellent.

This mat helps my machine not to move when working on it.

Excellent size; holds everything in place. Thickness prevents indentation. Works great on wood floors. Used with Cubi JR1.
