I truly enjoyed this product and the taste was amazing. I could definitely feel the difference when I was working out. It did give me the extra strength that I needed. It dissolves fast too. I would like to purchase this product again.

I’ve lost over 20 lbs in 8 weeks by following keto guidelines regarding carb intake (not following the high fat guidelines as strictly). It’s important to stay hydrated while reducing carb intake so drastically, to help avoid constipation. I’ve been adding this to my water in the morning and in the evening to help me get to my water intake goals. The flavor is great (Rainbow Ice), though a bit on the sweet side, if you’re sensitive to that. However, in my case, for someone who has a sweet tooth that has given up most other sweet treats, this definitely keeps me chugging my water. I like it so much I’ve put it on subscription. Curious to try the other flavors. Can’t say for sure if this has actually contributed to my weight loss, since I’m sure the majority, if not all, of my weight lost is attibuted to low-carb and being in a consistent calorie deficit. I’d definitely recommend this.

I don't think this will help you lose fat or weight if you're not working out. It's not a miracle worker like some of the negative reviewers think it is. But, if you do work out, this combination of supplements seems to burn fat and build muscle more so than just working out alone. Since taking this for a couple of months my weight has not really changed. Maybe I lost a couple of pounds. But what did happen is I have much faster recovery from exercise so I can workout more. And my belt size has gone down a notch or two while my muscle mass has increased. I can do a pretty big workout now (for my age that is!) and the days after I'm hardly sore at all. If I had done this workout in the past without this supplement I would be so sore I couldn't work out for days. Now I work out on a smaller scale daily and do a bigger workouts twice a week. After 2 months I'm up to 90 push ups in 2 sets now and am aiming eventually to get to 100 in one set. (We'll see about that!) And I'm old. Like early retirement old LOL. I also think this supplement curbs your appetite. I don't have cravings during the day after I take this in the morning. My cravings come back at night though, so I have to be careful not to go wild at dinner. I suppose I could take the supplement twice a day as the package suggests, but for now I'm just using it in the morning until I get my next physical and make sure it is not having any detrimental effects on my blood work. Now I will say, as others have noted, this powder is too sweet for my taste. So instead of mixing with 8 ounces of water, I mix it with 16 to water it down a bit. Works well enough for me. So I'd say if you're working out and have hit a plateau, give this a try. It should help with your recovery, fat burning and muscle building - and it may curb your appetite. And without stimulants, so no jitters.

Great taste great ingredients and it does what it says. I see some tightness and weight loss when I use this. And it gives me the extra energy before the gym. No stomach upset and truly so easy to use. I just put it in my water before the gym and off I go. Great addition to my health lifestyle.

This a a fruit flavored drink with a slight lemonade taste so its not over sweet . It mixes well in cold or room temperature water. I started by using it for a pre and during work beverage and now also enjoy it late afternoon for a boost of energy that cancels sugar cravings. I was so pleased I am ordering this jar as a refill.

This product does not even come close to tasting like a snow cone. The taste is gross and would not buy again or recommend you to buy this product. The bad thing is I can't return it, I just through away $26 :(
