Best in ear headphones for sleep I’ve ever had.
I am a long time in ear headphone wearer who purchased these before a holiday where I would be sharing a room with a snorer. My previous favourite were the Bose quiet comfort in ear headphones because of the soft silicon tip. How did I get on with the Ozlo headphones?Phenomenal. Our holiday was transformed from my usual grumpy mornings and need to have naps in the afternoon to actually feeling awake all day because I’d had a decent nights sleep. Game. Changed. Since getting home, its only got better. No more waking up to the loud bits in my audiobooks. Waking up feeling refreshed instead of dragging myself out of bed. Can’t speak highly enough of them. The Ozlo headphones are expensive, but well made, super comfortable (side sleeper), easy to setup and use and honestly worth every penny. Battery lasts all night without annoying low battery warnings waking you up. And you only need to charge once every two nights cos the case fully recharged the headphones themselves. The insights you get on a morning in the app are an added bonus - tbf I dont need them to tell me my sleep has improved because not only me but my family has noticed the difference. Have already recommended to family and friends and seriously considering getting a second pair in case they ever stop making them. Brilliant product!

Don't Waste Your Money - These Don't Block Anything
I really wanted to love the Ozlo Sleepbuds. The idea of tiny headphones playing sleep sounds seemed perfect. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on the most important promise: blocking out noise. Despite trying every ear tip size included, I could easily hear conversations happening across the room - zero noise cancellation. Forget hoping to drown out a snoring partner or street noise. While the sound quality of the sleep sounds themselves was okay, and I didn’t have any Bluetooth connection issues, those positives are completely overshadowed by the fact that they just don't work as noise-blocking headphones. And to add insult to injury, it consistently took a frustrating 8 minutes to transfer a new sleep sound to the buds. That's a long time when you're trying to wind down for the night! Finally, they were just uncomfortable to sleep with. Save your money and look for a different solution. These are a disappointment.

Great Sleepbuds
This has been a great purchase for me. I tend to wake c. 3am and then struggle to rest after then. The Sleepbuds fit beautifully, set up was easy and I like the in app experience as it manages volume and soundscapes. My favourite is the onboard soundscape which has the ability to guardrail my thoughts so I stay calm and often fall asleep again. I still wake earlier than my wife but I am now rested and feel more energised for the day. I like that I can also play streamed music and that the Sleepbuds recognise when I am sleeping and auto stop. The alarm is also very handy. For me this has been a great purchase

Generally fantastic product with a few small issues that can be frustrating at times.
Generally good device with a few gripes. Sound Quality is great for such small buds in my opinion. Very comfortable to sleep in and no protruding bits to cause any pressure on the ears. Personally I'm not a huge fan of silicone ear tips, but these are really good, get a great seal in the ear blocking out a ton of sound without any need for ANC (Active Noise Cancellation). The few issues I've faced: - Battery Life is not very good, currently, I have no issues, but when I wake up, battery life is at about 10% per bud after about 7 hours sleep. If you're sleeping 8 or 9 hours, you might wake up with them dead. From day one, this is concerning as we all know the battery life will degrade over time, causing to these buds probably not lasting the night making them a bit pointless? - Alarms, although I love the feature, as does my partner not getting woken up by my early alarm. You can't turn it off easily, you have to turn on / unlock your phone, go to the Ozlo app, and there you can stop the alarm. Very frustrating. Not entirely sure what they should do to fix that, but how it currently works isn't great. - Case, although very sleek and attractive, the sliding opening feels a bit flimsy and every day I'm scared it'll just break. I love it, but would be good to feel a little more sturdy. - Charging the buds, twice in the last month I've had one of the buds just not charge in the case. I'm not sure if the magnets just haven't quite pulled the bud into the correct place, but when you get in bed, ready to go to sleep and one of the buds is on 5% battery life. That's frustrating. Generally the magnets are very strong though and do pull the buds into place very easily, a little wiggle every morning would probably fix this issue. But for a £300 premium product, I'd expect everything to jut work without extra little bits of effort and compensation for things. Other than those issues, some of which I admit are very nit picky, the product is generally very good and perfectly fit for purpose. I have great sleep with them in, and the alarm wakes me up without fail every morning, when sometimes a phone alarm wouldn't. I would recommend them, just be aware of the few little things you'll have to live with.

Very effective, great investment
Bought these after my Bose Sleepbuds finally broke down. These are so much better! Comfortable, no connectivity issues and you can even use Bluetooth to listed to something as you fall asleep (it then switches to white noise when done). They block sounds beautifully - I travel a lot and never get disturbed in a hotel by folks talking in the corridor or closing doors.

If only they worked better
I had such high hopes. At the outset, the pods worked fine and over a period of a few weeks, the sound level dropped and ultimately one of the pods now works intermitently. Difficult to use with other apps (v low volume compared to other Bose / Apple ear phone products). I have reset them, updated firmware etc... All very frustrating. Reporting issues to the company via the app is straighforward but responses direct you to the self-help videos, which, I assume most people who spend £300 on these would have followed instructions / watched the vids before reaching out. On the positive, they are very comfortable to wear as a side sleeper and i have not had a charging issue. Alas, if only they worked better.

Poor Connectivity and Usability
Comfortable sleep headphones with great built in sounds. I can easily sleep on my side with these and they don’t bother me when I wear them for the entire night. I have taken off two stars because the software and Bluetooth stack is terrible. These devices are riddled with connection problems and poor usability. You will spend ages tapping on your case trying to reset the buds when they don’t connect to your phone app. They send you through 10 minute loops of screwing around forgetting the device and trying to add it again. It never works and because there are no buttons on the case you just waste your time and get nowhere. Terrible usability inside their app, which you need to adjust the sleep sounds. The Bose version was infinitely better and just worked whenever I opened the app. The Ozlo team need to get better engineers. They took a high quality usable product from Bose and broke it. They still charge the earth for a product which is as poorly designed in the software and Bluetooth stack as any cheap knockoffs.

Best sleepbuds on the market
I bought these as a replacement for my Bose Sleepbuds, which lasted around two years before developing technical issues. Overall, they feel very similar, with a few improvements. Yes, they are expensive, but they are the only sleep earbuds that really work for me. They are incredibly comfortable, unlike many comparable products where the earpieces feel too bulky and uncomfortable, especially for side sleeping. I can wear these all night without any issues. The sounds do a great job of masking snoring, which is the main reason I use them, and they perform very well in that regard. The app is straightforward and easy to use, and connectivity has been solid. One improvement I really like is the ability to stream audio from other sources, which was not possible with the Bose Sleepbuds. I also like that once your streaming finishes, the earbuds automatically revert back to your chosen sleep sound. As an Android user, the sleep biometrics feature is not currently working and just says “coming soon,” but that is not something I bought them for anyway. I do hope many of the tech issues that affected the Bose version have been sorted with these. Overall, if you are looking for comfortable sleep earbuds that effectively mask noise, these are excellent.
