it was surprising that this item was not delivered to me but still in app it was showing delivered. But after discussing with Amazon I got my refund without any hazel. Later I ordered this item from seller & he arranged delivery. Thanks to seller he guided me to decide which model I should select. He also co-operated to make it available . Quality is too good, very tough, sturdy, premium finish. only down part is screw supplied are not matching with the slots of locking strips provided along with. Some part of screw head removed by filing & then it got fitted perfectly. you will get two sets of mounting screws of different length. nice product.

Amazing customer service
Taking a moment to appreciate this business , their product and above all, their customer service. It’s best to speak to the owner and share the specs of the WC. They did not have a readily available cover in stock, so they built one custom and sent it to me. This is exemplary customer service. The product is great. Good finish and robust.

Not worth the price. Hydrolic doesnt work properly and quality poor esp of the latch.
Not worth the price. Better to buy a branded one. The hydrolic doesn't work properly. Even the hinge latch to hold the seat with the toilet is of plastic and poor quality. Overall avoid as its not of good quality to last long.
