As a long time endometriosis sufferer, this product is brilliant. Keeping a hot water bottle on your pelvic area isn't easy and other heating pads are too hard and bulky to sit under the belly. It's genius how flat and soft it is making it extremely wearable and the extension belt is a godsend. It's also extremely discreet and I was able to wear it at work without anyone knowing. The only downside side is the battery takes forever to charge up so I'm thinking of buying a second battery pack.

Finally, a heat pad that actually gets hot! This heat pad is so good, I've tried various back heat pads for relief on a prolapsed disc, & they barley get hot enough to feel anything. So I thought I'd try a different route & try a period pain relief pad. I'm so glad I did, using it on the back instead of the front is a little trickier, but if you set it up before putting it on, it's not an issue. It's lightweight and has a lovely feel to it and the controls are very easy, and on the highest setting it does get quite hot, hot enough to feel through a thin item of clothing also. The expanding belt size is generous, but there is also an extending section too for those a bit "portly" like myself lol and it's not bulky. It's really comfortable to wear, you can literally forget you have it on. So happy with this belt!

Order it about a year ago. Very happy, very pleased. Only downside is that the battery doesn't last very long ( an estimate of around 3 hours of semi continuous use). Unfortunately after a year the battery pack starting playing up. I contacted costumer service. They reached out immediately and were very helpful and within 2 days they had sent a complete replacement of the heating pad, no questions asked. My only issue would be the battery back. Tried searching to buy an extra separately but they dont sell them separately.

This heat belt is amazing. I use it lots at work. I contacted the company to see if I could get a spare battery so it could last a day at work. Sadly there was no batteries that could ship to the UK. They have been so kind and sent me another heat belt This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. I'm so happy with the product and their great customer service

Really useful product, my girlfriend absolutely loves it and helps with her cramps. Had an issue with the battery at first but the customer service was so quick to resolve. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love it ! In that day I have so much pain. Actually when I start using this pad I feel better and I can easy go to work without taking a pills. :)

SO disappointing. Worked great for a day. But battery won't work unless plugged in, so I can't use it walking around or working at my desk. Just shuts off immediately. For that much money, what a waste! Can see how it would be great if it would be possible to use it not plugged into the wall.... want my money back!

UPDATE: I'm editing my review (in which i initially complained about the volume of the massage features reducing the discreet nature of a wearable heating pad) because it turns out I received a defective product!! Pixie customer support reached out to me and replaced it, and I am genuinely so so happy with the non-defective one. 🤩❤️‍🔥 Original Review: I was super excited to order this heating pad, hoping to find something i could wear out of the house when my pms gives me intense lower back pain and my period comes with unbearable cramps. The good: This heating pad is slim and wearable! I could easily wear it under a jacket, loose fitting t-shirt, hoodie, or button up, and it would be completely concealed. There's also a fully detatchable extra strap, drastically increasing the range of body sizes that it can accommodate! The heat is fast, strong, and consistent. It feels amazing. Personal nitpicks: I wish the cord attaching the battery pack to the heating pad itself was longer so it could comfortably fit into the pocket of a hoodie or a pair of sweatpants The bad: This heating pad is so. loud. (NO IT'S NOT, MINE WAS BROKEN) It was loud enough to startle me when i turned it on, despite knowing the sound was coming. It was loud enough that I had to adjust the volume of the show i was watching, and it ended up being loud enough that i had to turn it off after less than five minutes because the sound was so distracting. I don't even remember what the massage feature felt like because i was so busy fighting off the noise, and its so loud that i can't turn it on again now to refresh my memory because my partner is asleep and it would wake them up from across the room. (THE NEW ONE DOESN'T DO THIS) (Edited) Conclusion: great heat, great massage, great customer support!! genuinely this has become a staple of my menstrual cycle and has made everything 10x more bearable. If you get one with noise levels approaching airplane takeoff, PLEASE REACH OUT TO SUPPORT BECAUSE THE ONE YOU HAVE IS FAULTY AND THEY ARE SO SWEET AND HELPFUL

This is the best heating pad ever!!!!! The $50 price tag seems like a lot at first, but it is worth every penny!! This heating pad is so comforting when that time of the month strikes! It’s super slim and it is charged by a small battery (not plugged into the wall) so you could wear it literally anywhere. It has two different heat settings so you can adjust how hot you want it and it turns itself off after a while so you don’t fall asleep with it on and set yourself on fire. My all time favorite feature of this pad is the massage setting… it feels sooooo nice when you’re having issues and it’s got four different modes so you can choose based on which one is most comfortable! The only downside is that the little battery pack you charge to power the pad takes four hours to charge and lasts about four hours but I think you can buy another battery so you could rotate the two out. I try to charge it when I’m not on my period so that it’s ready when I need it. That being said, I want every woman to know about these heating pads because they are game changers!!!!

I really like the quality of the pad itself (and the color!) and it came in a nice box with very detailed instructions. My complaint is the battery. I charged for about 6 hours and I got all 4 lights on the battery park so we were fully charged. When I plugged it into the pad it ran for about an hour and a half and then the automatic shut off occurred. I went to turn it back on and it would shut off immediately. I checked the battery level and it still had 2 bars. I let it stay off for a few hours then tried again and still won’t stay on for longer than 1 minute. Seems like I have a bad battery. I reached out to the company as it seems like they have very good customer service so hopefully they will be able to help. Otherwise I’ll have to return.

I'm giving this an overall 4. 5 stars for their customer service and 3 for the overall product. My package from Amazon arrived in terrible condition—the package was covered in a disgusting, foul-smelling grease that seeped through onto the outside of the box through the plastic shrinkwrap. I decided to open the box to inspect if it had effected the product itself. The pad smelled weird and the clasp looked like it had a fingerprint on it signifying that it was a return. I decided to contact Pixie directly instead of going through Amazon, and I am so glad I did. They stepped up, handled the replacement themselves, and got a brand-new one to me within 5 business days. ​As for the heating pad itself, it's a bit of a mixed bag. It takes it a few minutes to get going but when it does, It heats up very well. The down side is you can barely feel the massage function at all. The material is also a bit rough and scratchy against bare skin. Overall, it functions okay, but knowing what I know now, I think I would have preferred a more traditional microwaveable heating pad.
