This is good for your face, face looks plumper and refreshed for a couple of days after using this. It's no good for wrinkles or scar really but as a beauty face regine it's good.

This pen is easy to use and gives professional results in the comfort of your own home. I don’t think it is mentioned anywhere exactly what heads you get, but it came with 5 each of the nano, 12, 24 and 32, so there is a broad range of them for different areas and uses. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is an excellent professional quality microneedling pen. It is extremely compact rechargeable pen base with an excellent starter supply of cartridges. The pen itself is very light. I weighed it at 82 grams. It displays a red LED light when charging (with the supplied charger). It is easy to hold and use. I have been using some basic at home microneedling derma pens but really wanted to step up to the professional microneedle pens. This kit comes with 20 microneedle cartridges covering 12 pin, 24 pin, 36 pin and Nano pins. The pen itself operates at 6 depth settings, covering from 0.25mm to 2.5mm dependent on the area being treated and the reason for the treatment allowing at home range to cover the salon ranges. The cartridges are all sterile until open and single use and additional cartrdidge can be purchgased at a very reasonable price. The device and the cartridges are extremely high quality, well made, sturdy and feel robust. I found the device comfortable when using and easy to use on myself. I have had the device for over 2 weeks now and it is still early days but it does appear to be giving me results. Especially on wrinkle and fine line reduction. I am also using this for treating the hairline, though cannot yet see any real changes there, though that is more hopeful than expectant for me. It’s a great pen. I really like using it as I really don’t like visiting Salons for such treatments. It is also an extremely cost effective way of using professional standard microneedling kits.
