What is the usb-c voltage?

To power the TD1655 using your device, you need to provide a minimum of 10W (5V @ 2A.) If you use the included 60W power adapter however, 7W will be taken to power the monitor, and then the rest of the 53W can be used to charge your input device connected to the USB-C port.

Will this work with my Pixel 5a phone? Will the touch screen work too?

The USB-C connection for video and touch works with many Android phones, however, the Google Pixel line of phones does not support video out through this connector.
