Kcups are ok but sometimes I want a stronger cup of coffee. I read the reviews and thought i would give this one a try since this one was reasonably priced. It is very well made and I love the beep when the coffee is ready. Im not a big iced coffee fan. I can make it and refrigerate it so the iced option was not a selling point for me. I did give that option a try and it was still warm, just not “hot” . Also the hot coffee option could stand to be a bit hotter. It isn’t as hot as my other kcup machine. Features I love are the option for cup size and the brew strength. I like the design. Very easy to use and quality built. I also like the size. It also has an auto shut off like the larger machine that I have been using. It does everything my larger machine did and takes up half the space. Totally pleased with this purchase.

I want to give this product 5 stars for two reasons. First so the review shows up on top and second for being the worst product I have ever purchased. I purchased two of them. One didn't work at all and the other heated the water to a scalding hot temperature and no matter what size setting I pressed it always over filled the cup by more than 2 ozs. In my opinion this thing is a piece of junk. Lets rate it an infinite amount of minus stars.

Too continue my review because I never want to stop anyone from selling a great product. And this product absolutely proved me wrong and it absolutely would be worth the money. I would say give this coffee maker a full week to work correctly. As you can see from the last review, I said it didn't get hot, but now after using it constantly for the full week YES IT DID... NICE STEAMING HOT TOO. And it doesn't taste watered don't anymore. So I wanted to update my review and give it 4 stars only because I still have to make my coffee in a smaller cup than transfer to my regular coffee cup. Other than that... it works great, nice and convenient, doesn't take up a lot of space, easy to carry. And if you like using the smaller cups for your coffee. This would be heaven for you, perfect for small or home office. First Review-This coffee maker is not worth the money, the coffee doesn't come out hot AT ALL, no steam, no nothing. The machine can only fit a 8oz. size SLIM cup in the space even tho the maximum is 14oz. And the coffee taste like water, I've used it everyday for a week (the only reason why I haven't returned it), testing the different settings, using the "Standard" and "Stronger" settings and still the same result. Luke water, watered down coffee. BUT if you don't mind any of the above, it is light to carry, the brewing isn't loud and it shuts off on its own after brewing is finished

First off HINT K-CUP users of any freaking K cup machine. To Avoid coffee grinds coming out of the k cup stop using the lid to push the k cup down and punture the holes. That is what causes the grinds to come out. Push it down with your fingers until it pops in place. DON'T USE THE LID. TA DA NO MORE GRINDS from the pressure inside the K cup. Update #3: It's five days later and it has worked perfectly every day since I said it was not working right on prior update. It has been flawless for that entire time. Makes the correct size, makes it very fast and we like it now. Hope it will last. UPDATE 2 days later July 23rd: Well after a few days it seems OK ,but and its a big BUT!! It has a habit of spewing hot steam after sitting over night or for a long time( 8 hours or more ) it spits out a very tiny amount of the coffee and then spits up steam and then just stops. You have to lift the lid and start over. When done the K cup pod looks slightly melted from this. After that first steam melt it works fine until the next long break in service. On a good note it did start brewing the correct size now. Still I do not trust it to continue working and thus it will keep a 1 star rating until it proves to be better than the first week of NOT SO GOOD. UPDATE : They sent the 2nd one and it came today. 7/21/25 It does at least pump hot water and did make a cup. However the settings for 8 oz cup makes a 10oz cup. The 10oz cup makes 12 oz cup. Didn't try any other size settings. They all seem to be off by one larger size than picked. Right now it stays a 1 star. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Will update again if it breaks any time soon. First review: Just got ours today. DUD right out the box. Will not draw water from the tank. Tries then just stops and beeps and goes off. Sending it back for a replacement. Should have got my money back and bought another brand that might work. Will update when the next one gets here. Right now it is a BIG FAT DO NOT BUY.

I love this little machine. I live in my own suite in an assisted living and the careaide helped me get it going. Works fantastic and is perfect for one person. Plus the coffee tastes great. I will use it with love! It sits on my counter and is small and compact. fast service

This is a great little compact machine, makes a really good cup of coffee. I did have an issue with the machine, but SHARDOR was very quick to make it right. Their customer service was wonderful to deal with and very fast. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Slower than other popular brand... And maybe not as hot. So now the important thing. The coffee actually tastes better for brewing slower as I have it set for stronger not standard. To get the water hot on the first cup, I run through 6 ounce cup and then place the pod and change the size to 8 or 10 ounce....easy to do! Here's the really important thing to remember....when you set it up and fill up the water reservoir, you try to run the first cup of water through...and it blinks and beeps error... So to save you an hour of reading and web searches, do what I did...keep running it though until it actually runs through. So pressing the run or appropriate button, as it attempts to run...then error...several times. Eventually the water will run through the machine, and you're home free from there. You would think that would be a simple one line addition to the... how to quick steps guide... Just saying. The machine itself is fantastic and I would recommend. Really, a decent machine without spending several dollars more for other brand name machine...

Machine worked for 3 months only. We use it every day maybe 4 cups a day so it started to take longer to fill a cup the second month. But I decided to give it a chance, maybe it was because of the heavy usage. But it got just worst, yes I descaled the machine with fancy products trying to fix it but none of that worked. If you do not consume more than 1 cup a day it may last longer. I have other brand machines in my house and I needed this one for my office giving it a try, but I am very disappointed. I decided to write this review then consumers can decide based on our experience. Do not buy it !! if you are looking for long term solid and reliable machine and coffee is important for you in your day to day life. NOT WORTHY !!!

What a cute machine! I was actually a bit nervous to buy this as I was afraid it wouldn’t be durable, but I was in need of a machine quick since my keurig wasn’t reliable any longer so I bought this one. Its perfect so far! It’s a tiny machine, takes less counter space than other coffee machines. Its compact as well so the reservoir doesn’t stick out like the rest of the machines. I’m a short person so I love that it’s not too bulky so I can take off the reservoir lid and see where to fill up without making a mess. The cord may be short for some but my setup is right by an outlet so that’s no problem. It’s a sleek machine with great features. The touch screen is really classy too. The features that stood out is how hot my coffee is when it brews, it’s on demand so it doesn’t need time for the water to boil like other machines (this is a game changer). It’s easy to navigate as well, it’s user friendly. I also notice you get more coffee than regular coffee machines. My coffee is not watered down either, I actually found it stronger than what I’m used to. Customer service is awesome as well. If you register as soon as you receive it, you’ll get an additional year of warranty. I thought this was so cool. The only issue with this machine is the cup space, it’s narrow. But truly it’s not a deal breaker at all. For the price, I’m really happy. In fact, it made me realize what I’ve been missing this whole time.
