I practice yoga every day, and these are my favorite shirts by far. The design, especially the exposed back, makes it perfect for backbending and shoulderstand; it's ideal for practitioners who like to feel their skin against mat and props. The shirt stays quite dry and has not lost shape or color. The fabric is very soft. I'm extremely picky about workout attire, and this is really a wonderful shirt. I believe it would be an excellent choice for dance and barre work as well. It is a tight fit but it looks great. If you prefer a looser work out top, I'd size up, for reference, I am a 5'6 around 145 and ordered a size medium in the purple. I love it though!
