After seeing ad after ad after ad about how Bergamont supplements can reduce cholesterol, I decided to try I don’t know this one. After taking it consistently for a couple of months I went and got blood work done and my cholesterol was down by 20% didn’t change my diet so much but I am pretty healthy even though I always had very high cholesterol a total count of 270. I just went and got my blood work done. It was down to 229. I was in shock. My doctor was in shock. I’m not on statins. He still wants to put me on statins, but I told him that I wasn’t even really consistently taking it like sometimes I’d miss a day or sometimes I’d only take like one a day instead of two but I’m telling you this stuff works!
