This is comfortable and blocks light. I need total darkness to sleep so this works perfectly. I like that it has a flexible wire to bend around your nose. It’s light-weight, soft, and stays in place the whole night. The strap is thin which bothers my ears less than eye masks with thicker straps. It comes with a travel case which is nice.

As a light sleeper and insomniac, I have spent almost a decade using sleep masks of different brands, shapes, and sizes. Nowadays, I also have light that peeps through my beige curtains in the mornings. Being a full-time college student, with a part-time job PLUS extracurriculars, sleep is extremely important to me. There are dollar store and five below ‘one size fits all’ masks that, while convenient, offer no adjustability and often slip off your face due to the interior of the mask consisting of synthetic, ‘satin-like’ fabrics. I’ve tried more comfortable, cotton-based sleep masks with velcro adjustable, straps, that have puffiness around the lower part of the mask to decrease light, and yet, even these masks slip off of your eyes at night—over time—due to the velcro single-strap thinning and stretching out (reference to the comparative mask video in my review). I’ve also had masks that have tough fabric, but cup your eyes to prevent light seepage. These masks are also FLAWED; the fabric is extremely noticeable on your face—as someone with sensory issues, I hate the way they rub my nose & top of ears. The Mavogel sleep mask, on the other hand?? This is the best sleep mask I've ever tried for completely blocking out light. I bought it when I was on vacation and the room I was staying in had basically one giant window facing east, with no curtains or blinds, so when the sun came up it woke me up. With the sleep mask, though, I was able to sleep a good bit later!! And it's soft and comfortable so I'm very pleased with it.

Good enough 🤷 it blocks out a decent bit of light and sure the nose thingy is nice but if you move around at all this thing is gonna be slipping and sliding all around. That's a sign it's super comfy, but also, not really worth having that nose thing. It's *definitely* not blackout level, especially if you're like me and it slides around (yes, I tightened it) but it does the job. My one major gripe is that on the box it says "don't submerge" but it's like, how do I wash it then? It's gonna be on my oily face every night, I have to wash it regularly. I haven't washed it yet bc I don't want to damage it!

C'est le seul masque que j'ai trouvé qui coupe vraiment toute la lumière. Ceux avec une tige en métal sur le nez protègent pas bien alors que lui reste doux et 100% protecteur. Seul bémol, il glisse dans mes cheveux et fais une trace sur le visage car il faut bien le serrer du coup

It is well covered the light while it does not pressing my nose or forehead too much. Very comfy, not too thin, well made.
